Detailed description
With the implementation of energy-saving regulations, according to the needs of production, people look forward to the emergence of an efficient, low resistance, vibration resistant heat exchanger to replace the conventional plate, shell and tube heat exchangers, and summarize the basis of advanced technology at home and abroad. In the past, our company successfully developed a new type of baffle rod heat exchanger.
I. Use
This product is a new energy-saving product. The old heat exchangers in many industries urgently need to be replaced. The heat exchanger can be widely used in metallurgy, power, chemical, petroleum, light industry, papermaking and other industries.
Structure and principle
Structure: It consists of a deflector, a tube bundle and a baffle. The baffle rod is inserted into the middle of the tube bundle in the horizontal and vertical directions in turn, and the baffle rod is longitudinally squared and fixed on the support ring (see the figure).


Principle: Using the throttling principle, when the fluid crosses the baffle rod, it is throttled, and a vortex is generated behind it. Due to the vortex disturbance, the thickness of the detention layer on the surface of the tube is reduced, resulting in enhanced heat transfer. At the same time, because the fluid inside and outside the tube flows in parallel to perform heat transfer, the "dead zone" and vortex caused by the baffle plate heat exchanger can be eliminated, which is not conducive to the disadvantages of heat transfer. The baffle rod flow system disperses small circulation flows, and the tube bundle is not subject to meridional impact, so the heat exchanger itself does not cause vibration. In summary, the product has the characteristics of low resistance, high efficiency, and vibration resistance.

Fourth, matters needing attention
1. The product has been pressure tested before leaving the factory. In case of severe impact during transportation and installation, pressure test and maintenance should be performed again.
2. Prevent foreign objects from entering the tube during installation, so as not to affect the heat transfer effect.
3. The foundation and height of the heat exchanger base are determined by the user.
4. The entrance and exit positions have been marked and must not be misconnected.
5. Users can provide heat load or area, designed and produced by our factory.
