2. Principle and structure:
The FTB series oil collector is composed of a main engine, an oil pump, and an electric control box. The main engine relies on a floating bucket to float in the oil slick water body. According to the principle of gravity separation, the propeller is sucked into the floating oil and water in the separation bucket by the propeller. When the cross section of the water suddenly increases and the flow velocity decreases, the oil floats on the top of the separation cylinder for storage. When the oil accumulates to a given thickness, the oil level controller sends a signal to the electrical control box to start the oil pump and the oil is pumped out. When the thickness of the oil accumulated in the separation cylinder is exhausted, the electric signal stops the oil pump. However, the propeller kept sucking water slick into the separation cylinder. The above process is repeated, and the oil slick on the water surface can be basically collected. All processes are automated. When the oil layer is very thick, there is no need to separate, you can directly open the manual pumping.
