Many industrial wastewaters contain organic pollutants, especially in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, textile, chemical fiber, food, and tanning industries. Therefore, the treatment of organic wastewater has gradually become a prominent problem in wastewater treatment in China.
Generally, the activated sludge method, extended aeration method, and biofilm method are mostly used for organic waste water. For high-concentration organic wastewater with BOD> 5000mg / L, the anaerobic biological method is adopted first, and then the aerobic biological method is used. Its degradation. However, due to the changes in the concentration of organic matter and the changes in the composition of organic matter in chemical wastewater, the selectivity of biological treatment has a certain limit, that is, the toxicity to the biological varies, which will affect the effect of biological treatment. If we consider the influence of temperature and pressure conditions in the south and north, biological treatment of organic wastewater has some limitations and inoperability. Especially for linear aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds, alcohols, monophenols, fatty acids, amino acids, polymer compounds (molecular weight> 250 ~ 600) biological methods are difficult to handle.
The chemical method of dosing-air flotation-flocculation three-stage treatment method has certain effects, but due to the large area, high infrastructure costs, high operating costs, large maintenance, and difficult to achieve proportional adjustment of dosing, it cannot be guaranteed Stable compliance ... Therefore, governance equipment is generally equivalent to a dummy.
In view of the difficulties and disadvantages of chemical and biological methods, our factory has developed a device for treating organic wastewater by pulse electrolysis.
I. Structure and principle of organic wastewater treatment device:
Structure: The device consists of an electric control box, a host, a depth filter and its accessories.
Principle: The pulse electrolysis method has four functions: oxidation reduction, decolorization, deodorization, disinfection, air flotation, and flocculation. This comprehensive function is not available in any chemical method and biological method. The electrolysis host is divided into three sections: one section is an electrolysis zone, the second section is a water purification zone (that is, a continuous reaction zone), and the third section is a filtration zone. When the organic wastewater enters a section of the electrolysis zone, it is fully electrolyzed from the bottom to the top, and the water immediately shows oxides, reductants, colloidal floes, microbubbles and other substances. Under the action of a DC electric field, organic molecules are destabilized and at the same time subject to redox, the organic substances are degraded. After entering the second stage of the water purification zone, part of the degraded organic matter was removed in the form of scum and part of it was removed in the form of sludge. After entering the three-stage filtering zone, the organic matter is basically completely removed, and the treated wastewater is passed through a depth filter, and the organic matter reaches the discharge standard. At the same time, the excess electrolytic material is also removed, and the treated wastewater is clear and transparent.
