This device is suitable for the treatment of various heavy metals and organic waste water, involving industries such as electroplating, emulsions, mining, smelting, chemicals, medicine, pesticides, battery industries, agricultural product processing, waste infiltration fluids, mining, dyes, black odorous water, etc. Treated organic wastewater. The device covers two processes: high-frequency electric flocculation and high-frequency electric Fenton. The core is high-frequency electrochemistry. With the advent of this technology, wastewater treatment has changed from complex to simple, from impossible to possible, from non-improvable biochemical to smooth biochemical advancement. In recent decades, many users have used chemical Fenton reagents to treat wastewater. As a result, COD has been reduced, and forced biochemicals have been avoided. However, it has caused extremely high operating costs and cannot be continuously operated. It is difficult to promote chemical Fenton. application. The electric Fenton technology developed by our company not only greatly reduces operating costs, but also enables continuous operation. And make the COD degradation rate reach 60% -80%, making the treatment of organic wastewater a breeze!

Biochemical treatment has made historical contributions, but the enzyme conversion capacity is limited, and it is powerless to high COD, high ammonia nitrogen, high phosphorus and so on. Practice has proved that the use of high-frequency electrolysis + biochemistry not only enables biochemistry to continue to play a role, but also enables various indicators to reach surface water class IV standards.

Depending on the nature of different pollution factors, fillers and oxidants, coagulants, and precipitants can be selectively added to the device to control the pH range of the inlet and outlet water and create more sufficient and necessary conditions for super-redox reactions. A variety of heavy metal ions can be removed together, and the treated wastewater reaches the standard of Table 3 for electroplating pollutant discharge. The treated water is clear and transparent. The water can be used as reclaimed water or recycled.
